Before we pack it
You can cancel any order free of charge before it is packed. Because we make things to order, packing usually starts within a few hours — so tell us as soon as you can.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 96857 68499 with your order number, or email healthnwhole@gmail.com. We will confirm.
After it is packed
Once your order has been packed and handed to the courier, we cannot cancel it. If you no longer want it, refuse the delivery and message us — we will refund the item cost once it reaches us.
Refunds on cancelled orders
A cancelled order is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
If we have to cancel
Very occasionally a batch does not turn out the way it should, and we would rather cancel than send it. If that happens we will call you, offer you an alternative, and refund you in full if you would prefer that.
