What we promise
That what is on the label is what is in the packet. Nothing added to bulk it out, nothing taken out to make it cheaper or last longer.
How we make it
We buy whole — whole grain, whole spice, whole seed — and we grind, press and pack it ourselves in our own FSSAI certified kitchen. Nothing is bought ready-made from a factory and relabelled.
- Oils are pressed slowly in a wooden press, never chemically refined.
- Ghee is churned the bilona way, from curd rather than cream.
- Flours are ground on a stone chakki that turns slowly and stays cool, so the grain does not burn.
- Masalas are ground the same way, which is why they still smell of the spice.
- Dals and rice are hand pounded and left unpolished.
Small batches, on purpose
We make in small quantities and pack after you order. It is slower and it costs us more, but it means nothing sits around losing its aroma.
Our licence
We are an FSSAI certified kitchen. FSSAI licence number: 11224333002948 — it is printed on every pack, and you can verify it on the FSSAI website.
Allergies
Our kitchen handles nuts, wheat, dairy and sesame. One thing we are quietly proud of: we run separate machines for gluten and gluten-free grains, so ragi and millets never touch a machine that ground wheat. If you have an allergy, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you exactly how that item is made and what else is made alongside it.
If something is not right
Tell us within a day of delivery and we replace it or refund you. See our Return & Refund Policy. We would rather hear about it than have you quietly stop ordering.
