This explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
- To deliver your order: your name, delivery address, phone number and email.
- To take payment: handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
- To run the site: basic usage data such as which pages were visited, and the delivery area you chose, which we keep in a cookie on your own device.
Why we keep it
To pack and deliver your order, to answer you when you message us, and to send you an update about your order. If you have asked to hear from us on WhatsApp, we use your number for that too — and you can tell us to stop at any time.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details. We do not rent, trade or hand them to anyone for marketing. The only people who see your address are the courier who delivers to it and the payment provider who processes your payment.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your basket, remember whether you are shopping the Bengaluru or All India shelf, and keep you logged in. You can clear them in your browser whenever you like; the site still works, it just forgets you.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. Everything else is kept only while it is useful, and deleted when it is not.
Your choices
Write to healthnwhole@gmail.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
Children
This shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything about children.

If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page.
