Where we deliver
We deliver across India. A few things — the ones we make fresh and that do not travel well — are Bengaluru only. Those are marked on the product page, and you will not see them if you are shopping the All India shelf.
When your order leaves us
We do not keep stock sitting on a shelf. Most orders are pressed, ground or packed after you place them, and leave us within 1 to 2 working days.
How long it takes
- Bengaluru: next day, once the order is packed.
- Rest of India: 3 to 5 working days, depending on your pincode.
Festivals, heavy rain and courier delays can add a day or two. If your order is running late, message us on WhatsApp and we will find out exactly where it is.
Delivery charges
- Orders of ₹499 and above: free delivery.
- Orders below ₹499: ₹30.
Tracking
You get a message when your order is packed and again when it is handed to the courier, with the tracking number. If you did not receive it, message us and we will send it again.
If nobody is home
The courier will try again the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel comes back to us, and we will call you to arrange it again.
